As a Virtual Patient Advocate, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals who are actively searching for a solution to their dental issues. These aren’t cold leads — they’ve already shown interest and are looking for guidance.

Your role is to connect with them over the phone or via text, listen to their concerns, and help them feel heard and understood.

You’ll explain our treatment process in a clear, empathetic way, highlight what makes it different from other options, and guide them toward booking their first consultation.

What You’ll Do to Make an Impact

As a Virtual Patient Advocate, you will play a crucial role in our success. Here are the key responsabilities you'll have:

  • Patient Engagement and First Contact

    You’ll be the first voice our prospective patients hear. Your role is to make a strong, empathetic first impression, answering questions, building trust, and guiding patients through their decision-making process.

  • Education and Value Communication

    Clearly explain the benefits of our clients’ treatment options and how they differ from others. You’ll help patients understand what makes the care we promote truly life-changing.

  • Active Listening and Fit Assessment

    Every patient has a unique story. You’ll listen closely, ask the right questions, and assess whether our client’s services are a good match for their needs.

  • Consultation Scheduling

    Once you’ve built rapport and confirmed interest, you’ll schedule consultations and prepare patients to attend fully informed and confident.

  • Inbound and Follow-Up Calls Only

    You’ll handle a mix of inbound inquiries and outbound follow-ups with leads who have already expressed interest. No cold calling—just real conversations with people actively seeking help.

  • Empathy, Confidence, and Conviction

    From uncertainty to action—your job is to move patients forward with compassion and clarity. You’ll overcome objections, offer reassurance, and help them commit to the next step.

  • Performance and Improvement

Salary starting from $5.00 - $10.00 United States Dollar (USD) per hour PLUS commissions and/or incentives depending on experience.

🇲🇽 Mexico:

$93.98 - $187.30 Mexican Pesos per hour + Commission/bonuses

🇨🇴 Colombia:

$20,312.65 - $41,056.20 Colombian Pesos per hour + Commission/bonuses

What Do You Need?

To ensure success in the role of Virtual Patient Advocate, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Reliable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download speed

  • A dependable computer meeting the following specifications:

    - Minimum 4GB RAM

    - Minimum 1.8 GHz quad-core processor

    - 20 Mbps+ internet download speed

  • A noise-canceling headset (can be purchased after selection)

  • A proper workspace with enough room for 2 monitors

  • A quiet work environment free from interruptions
